HVAC Technicians
We're seeking experienced and entry-level HVAC technicians to join our service team.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose system issues and provide solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain clean, professional appearance and conduct
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications:
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- 1+ years HVAC experience preferred (will train right candidates)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces
Customer Service Representatives
Be the friendly voice of Ragsdales's Heat & Air!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Provide excellent customer support and follow-up
- Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch
- Process payments and maintain customer records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- HVAC industry experience a plus but not required
our team (Sales)
Help Central Valley families find the perfect HVAC solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations for system replacements
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate estimates and close sales
- Educate customers on equipment options and financing
- Build lasting customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Sales experience required (HVAC experience preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
